Lecture on "Principles of Construction Law & Construction Arbitration by Sr. Adv. Mr. Ratan K. Singh at NLUD

We had the privilege of hosting Mr. Ratan K. Singh, Senior Advocate and Chairman of Society of Construction Law - India, for an engaging and highly informative lecture on introduction to construction law and construction arbitration at National Law University, Delhi.

During the session, Mr. Singh highlighted why construction arbitration is the dominant stream in dispute resolution and emphasised the need for practitioners who combine strong contractual expertise with technical project knowledge.

He shared practical insights on delay disputes, cross-examination strategies, and essential resources for aspiring construction arbitrators, including the SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol and Julian Bailey’s writings.
