3-Day Workshop on Real Estate Project Management with Luthra and Luthra Offices India 

The Centre for Law and Urban Development (CLUD) at National Law University, Delhi, in collaboration with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, successfully concluded a three-day workshop on Real Estate Project Management and Financing from 31 October to 2 November 2025.

Spanning eight intensive sessions, the workshop brought together senior partners and experts from Luthra and Luthra who shared their knowledge on the legal, financial, and regulatory dimensions of India’s real estate sector, covering key legislations, due diligence, regulatory mechanisms, dispute resolution, consumer protection, and financial aspects of real estate.

We had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Harry Chawla, Mr. Girish Rawat, Mr. Varun Vaish , Ms. Niti Paul , Ms. Maureen Z. Ralte , Mr. Akshit Kapoor, Mr. Chandrasekhar Tampi, Mr. Dilbagh Singh Sihag, Mr. Gajanand Kirodiwal, Mr. Pranav Dwivedi, Ms. Akshara Grover, Mr. Hargun Singh, Mr. Shikher Deep Aggarwal, and Mr. Faisal Sherwani, whose sessions provided valuable insights bridging theory and practice.

The workshop attracted a diverse set of participants including practicing advocates, corporate lawyers, LLM and PhD scholars, undergraduate students, and professionals from real estate, construction, and insolvency backgrounds, creating a rich environment of interdisciplinary learning and discussion.

A special note of appreciation to the organizing team, volunteers, support staff, and IT department of NLU Delhi for ensuring the seamless conduct of this workshop, and to all participants for their active engagement and thoughtful contribution throughout the program.

This workshop exemplified the strength of academic–industry collaboration in shaping practice-ready legal professionals and fostering meaningful engagement between law, finance, and urban development.
