Regulatory Framework for Affordable housing through Real Estate

REGULATORY FRAMEWORK FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING THROUGH REAL ESTATE – held on 16th November 2019 Centre for Tax Laws, NLU Delhi had organized a talk on ‘Regulatory Framework for Affordable Housing through Real Estate’.

 

The talk was delivered by Mr. Suresh K. Mishra, General Manager, Law, HUDCO, New Delhi and Ms. Shalini R. Panigrahi, Senior Manager, Law, HUDCO, New Delhi. Various aspects of affordable housing were discussed and elaborated by Mr. Mishra. He delivered a detailed talk on the topic from ancient India to modern India. Ms. Shalini elaborated on the application of RERA, 2016 on a wider perspective.
